Dustykitten wrote: »Kimberly welcome. You are more than welcome to post any of your own lists here if it will help you or 'copy' any plans/tasks others post. Lots of us are solar powered and feel much better for some time outdoors everyday, even a short walk, sweeping the path, deadheading plants, chatting with a neighbour, wiping the outdoor paintwork, anything to get you out there. Maybe get your kids involved. Have you ever tried geocaching?0

Just a quick pop in. Managed to fly in each room so house is not looking too bad. My friend came for the cat food and litter I had left.
Weekends busy during the summer as I steward at fairs and festivals. I quite enjoy doing that
I didn't get on for the healing evening but was thinking about everyone.
CY Sorry to hear your news. Sending love and light.

*peace vibes* heading your way MummyRoys.
I hope all of the things finally going makes things a little easier, Boddy. (((Hugs)))
Kimberley, getting out of the house and into the light even when it isn't sunny has helped me enormously with depression and anxiety. It's one of the reasons I decided to get a dog; with the set up here I can't just let them into the garden because we don't have one and so I end up walking several times a day. Are your children of the age where if you took them to a park they would just run around and blow off steam? Just sitting on a park bench and watching them counts as collecting some light even on a cloudy day.
Managed to suck up the detritus from most of the carpets yesterday but goodness the ground floor ones could do with a wash. I didn't really want to know that. *sigh* I have a little listy of things I need to do before I can escape and then I'm off. Hurrah!Better is good enough.0 -
