This is the first time I've done anything like this, lit a candle and had quiet contemplation and healing thoughts for fellow fly ladies and family and friends around me. Gosh it's really strange, my shoulders feel heavier and I feel tired out. I'm hoping that means my thoughts have done some good. I also sat and counted my blessings too. And gave thanks. And thank you to all of you flyladies, you're wonderful, and although I've only been on here a short time, I really appreciate all the listening ears and advice you give.
    Much love x

Anyway enough of that, sniff sniff, I'm sure I have some cleaning to do! :)

I tend to lurk on this thread, and did not know that tonight had a healing space in it, but for the first time in months I have candles lit. As a spoonie I cannot send much healing energy, but lots of positive vibes and best wishes are being sent x

I'm here :D And Dave is here too, safe and sound. Although we are both absolutely shattered.. We got home about 5 ish after a really nice leisurely drive home from the hospital via the country roads instead of the main road. I am absolutely shattered after being up since 7am and had to be at the hospital for 8.30, and been there all day. I did disappear into Tesco's nearby for an hour as I needed a break to get my head together and have a wee weep.

All went well with Dave's surgery and his consultant is really happy with him, and apart from checkups every now and again he shouldn't need to have any more surgery. He should also get more energy etc..once he has recovered and isn't too shattered..lol

Weird thing is when we got home we both fell asleep until a loud clap of thunder woke us both up 3 hours later...

Scruffydog isn't well now, when we all woke up this morning he has got his eye problem back. It was all swollen up and looking really really red..luckily I had already got a fresh lot of eye ointment from the last time that we hadn't used. He also seems to have cut his mouth as he couldn't eat his biscuit earlier without yelping.. Not fair just when I get everything sorted out with Dave the blooming dog gets a problem and needs the vet after the weekend..

Can I please just hibernate until no-one needs me anymore..I want time to worry about myself not everyone else...lol

Thank you everyone for the well wishes, and lighted candles tonight :D

Let's hope everything went okay for CY today..was thinking of her while I was at the hospital. Hopefully we'll hear something tomorrow .

I think it's an early night for me as I am struggling to stay awake now..

Welcome home Dave and Natty. Glad everything went well. Hope Scruffydog gets better soon.

I heard from CY earlier that she was out of surgery and back on the ward.

Sat with my friend for half an hour this evening, thought of all in need and counted my blessings too.

Wishing everyone a peaceful night x

Work was a nightmare tonight I swear it was 100 degrees in the shade. Customers were coming off the sunbeds saying how hot they were, well yes they have been running non stop all day.
Mrs MP & LW we ended up with pasta as I never had enough salad left to feed everyone.:o.
Found out tonight my shifts are changing it means I will have a Saturday off and not have to work all weekend.:j:j
