Not that any of that was relevant to the question I asked. The reason for the updates is for Amazon to have a base in each European country so that they pay the relevant tax in each country, something that they don't actually have to do.

If you can actually find them guilty of a crime where they didn't pay tax then you'll be a better man than the government department and the media that have investigated them.

I never did get the promised same day contact from Amazon to explain my failings. However, I decided to upload the same info again- it is the same scan that I had left on my desktop from before , the one that was rejected, and this time it has been accepted.
