The ones I've drafted are going this week then I'll go back into ignore mode. I will post any letters that arrive for the more learned members of this forum to look at and advise on, but once I've given them the details of the driver that should be it as far as I'm concerned. No doubt they will also ignore my replies and continue to chase me but until a LBCC or County court letter arrives that's it for me.
I agree with your post about daring them to take me to court, I already said I'd thought about doing something similar earlier in the thread but was advised against it.
Like I said, watch this space.0 -
There is a certain amount of irony connected with this I think.......

Write to Matthew Goodwin and compliment him on the article and then ask if he has any advice for complaining to a regulatory body, for example a formal complaint to the SRA about Wright Hassall.Je Suis Cecil.0

Do you think he'd see the irony?0

Probably not, but it'd be good for a laugh.Je Suis Cecil.0

I might do just to see his reaction, but I'll wait for a reply (if I get one) from Nick Abell.0

I've already e mailed the SRA and the e mail to Nick Abell is also on its way
I'd correspond with people like Nick Abell in writing - it takes up more of their time and makes it look more serious (and will cost you maybe 60p for the print-out, envelope and stamp).
Good on you for kicking up a stink over this stuff too, it's all too easy to leave it to someone else0 -
I'll see what his reaction is to my e mail Herzlos, then maybe write to him and Matthew Goodwin in person. If (and I've little doubt this is happening) they are allowing ZZPS to use their letterheaded paper this is surely a serious breach of the code of ethics for solicitors (although when you see some of the various cases some solicitors take on in the news ie the ambulance chasers, it makes me wonder if any of them have any morals whatsoever) and they need bringing to book for it.
Be nice to see the SRA come down on them hard and maybe the knock on effect will undermine anything ZZPS get involved with.
I'll put any correspondence I get on here for others to read, anything that will help others caught up in this scam.0 -
I've just had a thought. Am I telling ZZPS who the driver was or VCS. Or both?
(Baring in mind the last line of this letter)
