  • The case is due to be heard at The Supreme Court on Tuesday 21 July 2015. The Barry Beavis v ParkingEye Ltd case will be heard alongside Cavendish Square Holding BV v Talal El Makdessi, which also involves the enforceability of penalties. Three days have been assigned to hear the case and a judgment is expected before the end of 2015.

Yeah, but that's not an insult, that's just a statement of fact.

It was probably about two pages ago that Arthur should have remembered the first rule of holes:

I see that he has removed that original shameful rant of his. Must be a very good reason why he's taken it out? Maybe his son has seen it?

Nonetheless, and thankfully, it's been saved for posterity, just to show anyone who drops by, exactly, the extremely nasty nature of the disdain with which this 'man of the Lord' regards his fellow man. Love thy neighbour as thyself ... and all that!

Completes the circle of hypocrisy. Priceless!

As well as his rant he appears to have had my post quoting the juicier parts deleted. And still no answer to the simple questions asked.

So much for turning the other cheek, much better to try and rewrite history and expunge anything embarrassing or self incriminating.

BTW, MSE Paloma is a day behind the forum, the news was posted here yesterday.

He won't have had anything to do with the deletions.

The offensive posts will have been removed in the same way others that are unpleasant/abusive etc get removed.

He can't get anything deleted which is saved outside of the forum! Potential expungement thwarted! :)
