The case is due to be heard at The Supreme Court on Tuesday 21 July 2015. The Barry Beavis v ParkingEye Ltd case will be heard alongside Cavendish Square Holding BV v Talal El Makdessi, which also involves the enforceability of penalties. Three days have been assigned to hear the case and a judgment is expected before the end of 2015.0
