Hello, can I please join in? I have been buying lunch almost every day lately and it's getting daft!
I have 18 days in work this month, but I'm also a 5:2 dieter, meaning I plan to have only 12 days where I will need lunch (no fast days this week as I'm a bit run down). I bought lunch yesterday and I've decided that's now it for the month!
So I'm aiming for 11 please"I don’t keep up with the Joneses, I try to drag them down to my level" - Quentin Crisp0 -
Welcome Enchilada, i have added you
I have heard really good things about the 5:2 diet, my friend has lost a couple of stones so far.0 -
Thanks WantToBeSE- I can highly recommend it! I've lost nearly a stone and am almost at my maintenance weight, meaning I will soon start fasting only one day a week!
I tend to eat nothing until dinner so I can have a bigger meal and I'm usually stuffed afterwards! Then I know I can have whatever I like the next day. As long as I drink enough water I don't feel hungry at all and I find it easier than thinking about food constantly.
I'm becoming quite evangelical about it "I don’t keep up with the Joneses, I try to drag them down to my level" - Quentin Crisp0 -
