Marmite- its not very good really. Losing a few clients, my sons mental health issues etc are just making things really difficult.

Still, no point moaning about it i guess!

I treated myself to some smoked salmon (only when it's on offer!) and so today's was a smoked salmon sandwich.....12/12! Yaaaay....I did it!!;)

Hi sorry I haven't posted on here for a while. I was off work last week, although we didn't go anywhere, we just stayed at home. It's end of the month ad I've lost count of the LTW's but as far as I can remember, I haven't bought any lunch so that's good.

Today's lunch is a chicken salad sandwich, a piece of clementine and a handful of cashew nuts.
