Off work this week (with pay, yeah! It's been more than 2 years since I had a leave with pay having been a freelancer/agency worker for 2 years). Today, was just a chill out day with OH who is also on a week's leave. We had French toast for breakfast using up the last bit of bread in the fridge and for lunch I cooked stir fried beef (left over from the roasting joint that I used for last night's beef and mushroom pie) and left over cheesy sweet potato mash and hm tomato basil soup (part of the batch I made last Thursday). In other words, today was a left overs use up day. We are still full up so might just have beans on toast for supper tonight."There is Life AFTER DEBT."LBM 2009 Total Debt £49046.24 Debt Free as of 27/08/20150

Hungry hippos' lunch to school was salami sandwich. They have just walked in from school and we are about to have late lunch/early supper - creamy chicken and leek pasta bake. Ice cream for dessert. Even though it is so wintry outside (Mr. Sun still hiding in a sulk ...)"There is Life AFTER DEBT."LBM 2009 Total Debt £49046.24 Debt Free as of 27/08/20150
