I actually like logging in with the M&S key pad.
The account I dislike is the Nationwide one where I also have to have my debit card to hand to put into the key reader.

I use my memorable word for login. No need to have the card to hand.Frogletina wrote: »The account I dislike is the Nationwide one where I also have to have my debit card to hand to put into the key reader.0 -

Yes - that's the difference.
No idea why you can login to an HSBC or FD account without a key - and they have an app - but M&S which is in the same banking group requires the security key to login (even to check a balance) and has no app.0 -

Don't you need to log in with key reader to transfer money? That is all I use it for

Not always; it's pot luck but generally I don't get asked that often now. Only on new payees and when it's a larger amount than usual.43580 -
It depends how you use your bank account. For me, a bank account without an app would be useless.PeacefulWaters wrote: »Not having an app makes it awful?
