    Internet Banking is awful
Used of secure key everytime login required
    No Mobile App
Not possible to manage account on the go.

For me it will not be used as main account but will use it for Reg Saver.

I actually like logging in with the M&S key pad.

The account I dislike is the Nationwide one where I also have to have my debit card to hand to put into the key reader.

I use my memorable word for login. No need to have the card to hand.

    Yes - that's the difference.

No idea why you can login to an HSBC or FD account without a key - and they have an app - but M&S which is in the same banking group requires the security key to login (even to check a balance) and has no app.

Don't you need to log in with key reader to transfer money? That is all I use it for

Not always; it's pot luck but generally I don't get asked that often now. Only on new payees and when it's a larger amount than usual.

Not having an app makes it awful?

    Jesus.
It depends how you use your bank account. For me, a bank account without an app would be useless.

Thanks for that information - I will try that next month (also known as tomorrow!)
