Made the same mistake, and no sign of any interest. Not got t&c's to hand but anyone think its worth a call to customer services?
If you're talking about interest earned in May, this won't be payable until tonight anyway so too early to tell....

I transferred £500 into a TSB account last night - despite it becoming part of the available balance yesterday, it's dated from the 1st of June and so chances are it won't count to meet the funding requirement for this month.

If you transfer funds on a weekend it will be dated next working day in date column of your statement but if you read the wording of the transaction it should clearly show the name of where it came from plus 31May15 etc within it, showing the date the transaction actually occurred.

    Hope this helps

Hadn't noticed this as I had only checked in app. Doesn't answer the question as to which date applies to checking whether funding requirements have been met unfortunately.

Can i just confirm that interest should be showing by now? Only opened account in April and funded mid-month so not got previous to compare to.

Only thing i can find in t&cs is
7.3 Payments into your account (other than cash and
    cheque payments)
    (a) This section covers payments that are not made
by cash or cheque, such as standing orders and
    direct transfers from another account.
    (b) When we receive a payment for your account
in sterling, we will show it in your account and
it will earn any interest (or reduce the interest
you pay) from that day. We will allow you to use
    it straightaway

which would suggest to me that the payment in on Sunday should count as transfer showed immediately.

Will definitely try phoning them later

I can confirm the interest is now showing on my accounts.
    # 047 'Save 12K in 2019' - £6,346.86 / £12,000 55.89%
    # 074 'Save 12K in 2015' - £4,379.25 / £4,000 109.48%

    Mine is showing now.

So you funded mid-April and didn't fund again until very end of May? (if it counts or possibly early June if it doesn't) I've seen someone saying you need to fund within a month of last payment. Six weeks is more than I would risk.

Apparently, contrary to my interpretation of the t&cs, it has to be by the last working day. Official complaint coming up when I have had a bit more time to double-check.

I rang them at 1.30pm today. They conceded that the T&Cs weren't clear and will recommend a change. They also gave me the missed interest and 15 quid for inconvenience.:) The call took around 30 mins though.

Lucky you. I've had 2 calls and only got the interest as a "goodwill gesture." They're sending a letter highlighting the relevant t&cs apparently.

Wow, that's a bit rubbish. I didn't have to argue with them so I wonder if they actually looked at the T&Cs following your call!! I hope you follow up with a complaint. That said, as they'll be unable to highlight the relevant text I wouldn't be surprised if an apology and a goodwill gesture suddenly materialises. Am happy to give you my details if you do complain. It's clearly unfair to deal with similar complaints in different ways.
