The office shown did look rather cramped, possibly a portacabin?
    possibly behind a pub?
However a google search brings up UKCPS - the UK Coloured Pencil Society
    From the Plain Language Commission:

The IPC rep mentioned that the disabled bay case was at Bluewater and the PPC has now moved from the BPA to the IPC. So which PPC is that?

I'm sure that if the undercover report hadn't come from an IPC member's offices, Slick Willy would have been quick to blame the "other lot".

Could the PPC have been PCM UK rather than UKCPS? PCM UK cover Bluewater so that would tie in nicely with the Shopmobility part of the story.

Also, the accent of the charming member of staff featured in the piece seemed more suited to Slough rather than Leeds.

Give it a go - maybe jointly with my complaint it might reveal the PPCs involved and more importantly why the BBC didn't say who they were.

PCM-UK (the company featured in the under-cover segment) have some staff vacancies.

Evidently they require the applicant to have "A professional telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills"

It's a pity Annie didn't grill him about his involvement in the set up at Red Cow Yard and why the supposedly independent IAS adjudicators operate behind a shield of anonymity
