BBC1, 8pm, Thursday 28th May.
According to the BBC website, 'The team reveal the secrets of the private parking industry'. They'd need a much longer programme for that.
Meanwhile, the BPA has issued a statement justifying why mitigating circumstances are not considered at POPLA, and reiterating its call for more regulation, a single code of practice and a single appeals service, roughly translated as 'get lost, IPC'.
Patrick Troy has declined the invitation to appear on the programme, as two of the three PPCs featured are not BPA members.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

BPA/Patrick troy response
http://www.britishparking.co.uk/write/Documents/2015_05_27_Response_letter_to_BBC_Watchdog_inquiry_190515_FINAL.pdfFrom the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"0 -
The idiot can't even get it right :
"The adjudicators at the statutory appeals bodies, Parking and Traffic Appeals Service (PATAS) and the Traffic Penalty Tribunal (TPT)and the Scottish and Northern Ireland Appeals bodies are prevented by law from allowing an appeal solely on the grounds of mitigation"
I had a ticket cancelled by an adjudicator against Brighton and Hove Council and my argument was purely on mitigation."The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0 -
His pants must have been on fire when he wrote that.0

every time he has appeared on there he has looked foolish and his replies carried little weight
clearly he didnt want to score an own goal for the third time (a hat trick)
he didnt come across as serious on DOM recently over his parkwatch campaign0 -
