check out Google Adsense too. You get a few pence for every click. What's your favorite tv show? Make a really good fan site for something like Lost, Heroes or CSI and it'll get loads of hits from the US.

If you have a free paper in your area, get in touch with your local distributor's agent to say you're interested, there is sometimes a waiting list. You could also express interest at the local newsagent so that there is a job waiting for you. Also if you have a local paid for paper, they sometimes do direct deliveries and that can be more lucrative than the newsagent / free paper (and less hassle than the latter because you don't have to stuff it with all the leaflets!) and it may be afternoon deliveries if you're not an early riser!
