They're magically delicious. They have marshmallows in. I used to get them as a special treat when I was younger but they stopped selling them here cause the health nazis objected to fun stuff.

Pyxis, I much prefer the golden light image to other kind of golden showers (randomly, on social networks and dating sites I used to keep getting messages asking for pee during sex - not interested myself!).
Hope your bruising heals up quickly, that doesnt sound fun at all.

Indie the pink juices from the meat are fine if its beef, but not anything else. Pork especially needs to be fully cooked as they are most similar to us and so the most risky to us if not cooked thoroughly.

WaS It was so nice to have my head just be peaceful, though it was very tiring. Slow experimentation I think!

Calley You are absolutely not useless or worthless, but I know how hard it can be to stay strong against those feelings. Sending lots of hugs and positive vibes *cuddles*

I've had an entirely quiet day, to the extent of missing half of the day by zoning out. Oh well, food time :) Lots of huggles and posi vibes to go round x

  • I love marshmallows! Ok, I need to hunt some down. My favourite american candy is Reeses Peanut Buttercups, I can eat way too many in one sitting and then feel sick for hours afterwards.

B&M have a really big marshmallows in. Think they are meant for the BBQ.

But don't give them to my husband though. he thought he would show off to me and put a whole big one in his mouth. he had no room to chew and I thought he was going to die as he could not clear his mouth and breathe. It scared me at the time. But we laughed about it later.

I've never had a slow cooker but always wanted one. Maybe once escapee arrives it might be worth investing in one so I can do the prep whilst she(maybe?) is asleep rather than hoping for time around tea time to cook

Do they take a lot of cleaning though?

Apologies if the fort gets a bit soggy this evening, I am holed up in the bath as everything hurts!

Indie have you thought about a slow cooker? You can't undercook your meat because you cook on low for hours so the meat goes all tender. You can use it for casseroles, chilli, bolognese, goulash and even roast dinners. I even make ham in coke in mine (it's delicious).
    Ham in coke?
Now, is that ham in processed coal, in a fizzy drink, or in Class A drug? :rotfl:

    Lamb can be pink too!

Personally, I can't bear rare meat. I don't like it to be pink at all, except possibly a very small amount of 'dry' pink......any pink juices and it gets sent back for another session on the oven!

Not really. just the crock and lid. So no more than sauce pan. I got one but mainly use it for cooking joints, whole chicken etc.

There are some brands were you use the crock on the hob. So you can brown meat off 1st of all then put it on to cook.

Boo for everything hurting, Katy! How is escapee? Still practising with the power tools? She has to be here soon, I swear I have been waiting for two years *cough*
