EDT - moo if you want to PM me your first draft, I will happily review it for you.0 -
Good idea Flybaby, will ring them in a bit.
It's going to need more than a small of paint, the plaster has come off exposing the brickwork, and the brickwork is crumbling away.
Well you get chance to rest today?
I'm hoping to have a nap later. Anxiety is pretty bad today so trying to think of things to do to keep me distracted but struggling with the motivation to do them!
Have you got a draft email written Melly?0 -

When we were on holiday they had them at the sea life centre and WaSp couldn't pull me away from them, I was fascinated by how they moved and they are so pretty! I watched one move for 20 minutes and could have stayed there all day. They haven't evolved for millions of years which makes them even more fascinating! I want one as a pet, WaSp says no *grumble*

7DW....how's your new house coming along?
Katy, I think you should write to your landlord reminding them that your baby is due, that you cannot use that room, certainly not for a new baby, and that you are paying rent for a two-bedroom flat but you can't use one of the bedrooms. Also say you understand that the leak has been fixed, some while ago. And insisting that the room be repaired so that you can use it. And done in plenty of time for the new baby.
With a copy to the agents.
How long has the room been out if action? It sounds like it's been ages.(I just lurve spiders!)

I have rewritten it twice as it veers into angry waaay too much (really really really hate customer service people who get your name wrong, your supposed to be getting me onside how does that work when you cant even be bothered to get my name right)
OH is worried that I will come across as awkward, I am not cos I no longer care lol0 -
The room has been out of action about two months now, maybe more.
Maybe you should write my letter for me Melly!0 -

...........................
.
Thanks for asking. It is ready to move into, but we can't take too much furniture out of our house until we have sold it (it's up for sale). However, we do have some furniture we can move in and we are buying some new so I think we will have enough. We have bought all new white goods so those are not a problem.
We are on holiday at the beginning of September, we will probably start to move when we come back.
There are still things left to do on both the bungalow and the garden, but nothing that will stop us moving in. We are having a conservatory fitted in September so won't move in fully until that is done.
We are going to name it, something we have never done before - a name to remember the Aunt who left me the money(AKA HRH_MUngo)

arghhh - third time of trying to post.................
moo - no problem honey - anything I can do to help
Katy - if you want to PM me a icture of the damage I can give you an assessment on what I think will be needed to fix it, which you can then use in your email to them with nice builder jargon it it to ut the wind u them that you have already had someone come to look at it. Tell them that you are so many weeks regnant, and the room must be comleted by said date and thus, if they do not get a dehumidifier in it by the end of the week - you will organise it and charge it back to them by not aying rent - said in a nice way such as - "I know you are busy so would it be easier for you if I hired the dehumidifier and cross charged it back to yourselves via reduced rent?"0 -
ok - think my PPPPP is fully broken now!
SDW -I love fossils too - one of my most favourite things in the world is my trilobite fossil my OH bought me..........he is called bob! (Most everything in this house is called bob)0
