Calley - I understand that too!!

On my new pain meds, amitryptaline and tramadol rather then strong co-codamol. I am considerably more spacey than I was before! But less sore, so...thats a win?

OOOh cameras in zoos, may need to investigate!

Hugs, sticks and spoons to all, may be a bit wobbly and the positive vibes should still work :)

Sticks to chase away/throw for the Black Dog (depression)

Spoons = spoon metaphor for energy in ME/CFS. The idea of having a limited resource of energy, unlike most people who recover energy quickly. Can also be used for other chronic conditions.
