Those pics are so cute JM! What an up breakable bond they have. :) I especially like the one where the boy is wearing the bright yellow trousers with letters on, and the one below it!

  • Happy birthday anyone who's birthdays was lately lol.

I'm having to remind myself that the brain damage from the migraines is gonna slow me down and getting frustrated at not being able to do something or forgetting something or not remembering the word isn't gonna help. Chronic small vessel ischmeic disease they said with damage in areas that deal with things like language and memory. My short term memory doesn't always turn to long term. I can literally ask someone something and forget I've asked seconds later. Mellymoo what I'm trying to say is if there is something wrong you will learn to deal eventually. It takes time and effort and a few tantrums amd tears but you cope.

    Happy birthday HBS!

Dreading going to sleep. Having the most awful nightmares recently and the feelings that accompany them last all day.
Horrific things I have heard about during the day are seeming to stick with me too and play on my mind.

    Yuck!

Been looking at animal pictures to try and put some fluff in my head before sleep!

    There's a heatwave coming.

A little tip that really helps - open the loft hatch if you can! Having that extra space for the air to move into really helps.

Those that hate it, hope it's not too bad.

Those that love it - enjoy!

I've heard of that tip, sounds like a good idea. :) Our loft is converted and is D's office, and in the summer, it gets so warm up there, it's like a sauna!

It's meant to be about 35 degrees down South sometime, and whilst I'd hate it to be that hot, we'll be lucky if we get early 20's up here according to my weather app. Having said that, I'll probably be glad that it's not too warm once it starts!
