Igor, I hope everyone has got their outfits organised for Royal Ascot, the NSD gang have a reputation to uphold. The dress code there is very posh indeed. It naturally follows that a string vest is not suitable attire, so go and tell your fiancee to put a dress on.One life - your life - live it!0

A spendy day for me today, and a busy one too.
Nargle string vest posh dresses in nylon and lace are the latest in high fashion straight off the catwalks of Kiev, didn't you know dahlink?
That's Tatty gone off in a strop now...
Don't sob so Igor.
Listen, why not tempt her back with last years remaining portions of sprouts and pilchard curry.
I believe there's some in the emergency chamber pot under the cistern ...

Doesn't Ascot start tomorrow?
I had to slip a sleeping tablet into Hubert's cocoa - he's raring to go,and, for once, let me put in his curlers in instead of doing it himself.
Igor has been sown into his corset, but forgot to apply his manly chest wig first,so has stuck it on top.I did suggest that it might make him less aerodynamic, but he pooh poohed the idea.Tatty likes it,you see...
He's also taken a mega dose of diuretics (in a bit of a panic as he's not the lightest of jockeys).I told him it was a bad idea just before bedtime, but you stubborn he can be....
Mrs Doyle has made a van full of egg sarnies and numerous flasks of tea.
I just have to put out my lovely outfit for tomorrow,do my nails, and then I can drift off to sleep, secure in the knowledge that nothing can go wrong...
I think that that's everyone?0 -
Declaring NSD5 for yesterday. Not expecting anymore for a few days... Cinema tonight, dentist tomorrow, swimming Thursday. We'll see if one sneaks up on us
