Thanks Lucky and great news about your PIP, I was really rooting for you...you so well deserve it....epilepsy can be so scary, but can sometimes be much worse for the people looking on and trying to help as the seizure passes....I've suffered from Epilepsy since my first seizure at the age of 21, but would never remember a thing afterwards..thank fully mine is now controlled by medications, but certainly had some very rocky moments over the years. Its a hard job, but you are doing wonderfully with your OH Xx:D

Shopping trip with a difference planned this morning "window shopping trip" then second shopping trip when I get home, via on line Ebayy somebody usually selling the same item or similar for a snip of the full cost....saved £70 with this tactic as regards to the 3 pair of exact same M&Spency jeans I wanted the other week, so sticking to this plan of action from now on....:T
Going to make sandwiches for lunch and take some drinks...sun shining so saying NO to expensive fast foods also today, especially as I only have £2 in purse
Weigh in this morning and I have now lost half a stone  cant believe how quickly the weight has fell off with the SF diet ..new jeans starting to feel that little bit more comfortable so looking to lose only another 5-6 pounds and will be happy....:D
Hoping OH "Worzel" has his happier head on today..what a whinger lately, mainly due to that stressful job he took that seems to have no end date in sight....sadly underestimated so will be lucky at breaking even ...might even make quite a loss on this job".... no point in dwelling on it though, my attitute is to (brush yourself down..keep chipping away at it till its gone then learn from it)
Right then better get my face on Lol .................looking scary xx

Awkward and stressful this evening with OH having one of his slip ups and surprise earlier than usual.. but then he doesn't run to a time table , wish to god he did. Madness has now blown over but I am left here deep in thought.... Silly thoughts tonight like how I envy normal couples, normal family's."what ever that may be?".
Sometimes this is how I picture us........we are the plastic family, we look perfect to the outdoor world and have the look of perfection....pleasant polite couple/ family with lovely home, well kept lawn, good business, nice cars.. even a nice cute fluffy dog to complete the perfect image/picture...............................
Not feeling sorry for myself just thinking or maybe over thinking!...wondering how many other plastic family's out there?....................Wow very in depth rant over and early night on the cards... Xx still smiling and saving0 -
Safehouse I am sure every family has its dark side that outsiders would never know about. So in that sense plenty of plastic families I'd guess. But from what you list there sounds a lot of good in yours." Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

Yes there is plenty of good...Thanks Bobarella your post made me smile....:)
Forgot to mention lots of love although slightly misguided and erratic at times I am still very lucky/grateful for that. Coping with someone with an addiction sometimes makes you lose sight of what you have....and I don't mean the material things
night night Bobarella Xx0
