£50 paid off CC
£4,000 finally committed to roof for materials (booked in for end of April), leaving us with labour costs only. OH has ordered roof slates etc from merchant’s giving us a massive saving by supplying the roof tiles/other materials ourselves and also receiving discount at the same time :j. Also OH re-newing the guttering himself another good saving :j. Fantastic idea, should have thought of this before and has saved us a fortune :T
Savings will be a lot lower over the next few months as I will still have the added responsibility to save labour costs, but happy that mortgage will still remain at almost £65,000 with DSis loan included ofcourse
Van due for test, exhaust rattling among other repairs that we do know of……….pushing negative thoughts to the back of my mind for now

Still haven’t started teabaying lost all motivation in regards to selling lately, damn allergies not helping, always seem to suffer in the winter months, the heating gets switched on and with it comes the dry air, dry eyes, dry throat, really tempted to buy an air purifier, but soooo expensive.
Time to make a nice cuppa before favorite soapy Emmerdale starts
