Strange night's sleep so feel a bit out of sorts this morning.
DW on and ginger tea drunk so far. I need to get DD2 up and moving as we have to go out. I have to go to the magistrates court today, nothing bad, just for a phone number the 2 I found online just ring and ring. I need to get a "variation of court order" done :o
I also need to pop in the library to print some forms off (our printer is still broken :o ) and run DD1's prescription to the doctors.
I have my fingers crossed that it doesn't rain so I can come back and finish strimming the garden. I found the cables, in the dog's travel bag :o don't ask, I don't know how they got there.

    Morning all x

Been on the phone since 8.30 trying to get an appointment for the Drs for DD. She has an ingrown toenail and its infected. Couldn't get the Dr but the nurse will see her at 11.20 am.
My auntie is coming over today so I will have to get the living room and bathroom cleaned otherwise we will need to sit in my bedroom :D
Just phoned OH to remind him to drop in a box so we can box up my uncles birthday present, vacuum packed square sausage and rolls, it must be terrible living in England when you think that's the best present in the world :rotfl::rotfl:

Off to get something done before its time to go out

Your dd has my sympathies for, my ds1 suffers with ingrown toenails, last time I managed to convince the Dr over the phone myself it needed abs, but he's got to go to the podiatrist this Friday as its bad again. I think he'll need more abs then will need to have some removed. I had that done with one if mine years ago and the nail grew back fine and has never been a problem since.
been shops, posted parcel, been round mils, took her shopping and put weed killer on the marestails on her front gravel.
Need to grab a coffee catch up with some emails, ring dd2 to tell her Adlai have washable nappies in from this Thursday (pudding needs a bigger size!) got to then text dd3 to let her know parcels have arrived.
Got the stuff to name macaroons so that will be project for today or tomorrow

That's us back. Just sat down in the waiting room and got shouted was in and out in 10 minutes. DD has had her toe dressed and now has a course of antibiotics to take. Waited an age in the chemist but I suppose you can't have it all ways. Picked up some handwash and bubble bath as it was on offer.
I've took the rubbish out to the bin I had meant to do that as I was going out but I forgot:o. Slung a washing on the line reloaded the WM and I'm just having a coffee before I make a start.
Will start with the dishes and then see where I go from there.

been out on errand but before I went I ironed all the laundry, stuck it to air and pegged out some washing and made crumble.

I've come back, put that all away, brought in the washing and ironed it all.

    I have NO IRONING!

I'm just having a :coffee: then I am going to shower then do lunch. Whoopsied fish with whoopsied potatoes, HG veg from the freezer and rhubarb crumble made with HG rhubarb.:money:

Rhubarb is precooked; so it will be easy to do!

Got rid of roll of chicken wire from shed - been hanging onto it just-in-case for over 10 years:eek: and rowing machine which was not being used and was taking up space:cool: Space in shed is now (temporary) home for stuff for car boot sale. Computer chair to go to tip later (offered it for free; no-one wants it) and bag of clothes to weigh in *FLINGAGE*

FFP -for a second there I thought you'd been shouted at in the doctors
DS has an appointment Friday for a lump in a male place. (Only a little one, apparently, I suspect a cyst). He is checking it regularly :rotfl:
Got the stuff to name macaroons so that will be project for today or tomorrow
If you're stuck for names I suggest - Pierre, Xavier, Clothilde, Francoise, Marie-Claire and similar French names - damn that autocorrect :rotfl:

Pigpen my maiden name was so much easier, was a plain old name that nobody ever asked to spell. Since I got married I've been called any one of about 5 different variations and always have to triple-check important documents and so on. Most annoying ;)
My maiden name was unusual, and invariably got misspelled and mispronounced; my first married name was bog-standard and easy for everyone; now I'm back to having a surname that is a tad unusual, sometimes gets misspelled, and usually gets mispronounced. Full circle??:rotfl:

Been awol for a couple of days; but the green paint in the kitchen is all but done. I did 2 coats on the bits over the wall cupboards and behind the fridge freezer yesterday (gods, that was hard work, because I could barely reach) and today I've put the 1st coat on the bit behind the WM and will do the 2nd coat later this afternoon.

I am very slightly sick of the sight of green paint!:D
