Morning All
I'm absolutely shattered this morning but I'm awake so I got up. Everyone else is still in bed - DH was extremely drunk last night and has a bad head this morning although he's gone back to sleep. I may try to get a crafty nap in this afternoon! My car is full of stuff from the party which I need to get out but refused to do last night and I need to walk the dog as I can't see DH doing it this morning!
Other than that there's still loads to do here and I'm back at work tomorrow.
FFP - hope you managed to get some more sleep and DS is feeling better when he wakes up.
Have a good day all
Hugs

Morning all
JJ I too am tired but up, it is raining and I planb a day of paperwork on kondoing.
DS1 must want his whites for today, they came home from cricket late (11pm) I had gone to bed but I found his and DS3's whites have been through the wash so he must have done it when they got home. I've put them on the aga. Progress is obviously being mad.
DH was tasked with demouling and descaling the shower yesterday, it looks a lot better.
I'll give the downstairs shower room a quick clean today and get somebody to hoover the whole house, I think DS2 is going to start sorting his bedroom.
I need to visit Mum later too who is still in hospital. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
I'm up too and determined not to fall into lazy mode today. DH and I are both off for a week and as he's good at sitting around, that's what I then want to do too.
Yesterday, I achieved everything I set out to do and some shredding.
Today:
Cook breakfast
Walk dogs (when it stops raining)
Gardening (when it stops raining)
Go out for dinner
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.0 -
piggers maybe he is supposed to be called Lucky?
DD has had a mega clear out of her room. Much babyish stuff thrown also lots of paperwork. I have been on 'spider standby' throughout. This has had an impact on my personal productivity! Feeling slightly better the last couple of days - fingers crossed.
Now can I get a mountain of laundry put away this morning?
Valli - glad to hear DS is okay. My DS had an ache down there bad enough to send him to the GP. But all was fine.
Raining here today, DH is already pacing up and down waiting to hear if cricket is on or not. Thankfully DD2 and her OH returned on Friday from center parcs so I did all their washing yesterday.:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -
DS is, of course, much relieved; he was stressed!
have run 2 loads through WM and am waiting for the promised brighter weather then I can peg it out.
have ironed all yesterday's.
Have helped DD; three files have been emptied, poly pockets separated and paper has gone in the recycling bin.
Quite a lot of the stuff she's thrown is suitable for a car boot sale, so at the moment it's joined the heaps in MY room. *sigh*
Am dealing with a frog atm; PTAaccounts. Then I will put all the files in a bag and take them to work *fling*; they can live there!Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Hubby just took kiddies out to soft play so first thing I did was put the kettle on so I could have 20 minutes peace and quiet! Lovely!
Today I have gone through some more more of hubby's clothes and sorted. Emptied two kitchen cupboards by condensing stuff dow. We are trying to eat all the good before we move and I gave packed some bits as well.
Have also cleared the shelving unit in the study. Some has been pack, a little thrown and some is in a small pile as we might yet need it. I'm not ready to kondo paperwork just yet! This means that the study can now be filled with even more packing boxes! Two loads of washing done, although still need to put them on the airers and dw is loaded and ready to put on.
Will just read through the thread and the must go and do the weekly shop! Before some more tidying!Grocery challenge-

Sorted the hotspot in the kitchen - vouchers, lists, odds and sods
Nearly finished the meal plan for June and despatched DH to the shops with a list - maybe he'll stick to it this week ??
Kitchen all spick at the moment, bed made, most of dinner ready to go on and just got a cuppa ready as DH will be back any minute.
Have done most of the budgets for June and shifted all the pennies around in the accounts and checked the statements.
Not a bad day here now the rain's passed but still jolly chilly. I know the old saying was 'don't cast a clout 'til May is out' but still wearing a thermal vest on 31st May is now getting silly :rotfl:
Enjoy the rest of the day and back laters

Flingety fling...
I cannot for the life of me find my decree absolute.. I want to frame it....
I have filled 3.5 more binbags for chazzer.. my house is unbelievable I haven't even got through the landing gibble.. 6 more boxes to sort! and 3 I need to be ruthless with. I have bagged up all the girls bridesmaids dresses to be sent off to be made into dresses and blankets for angel babies.. bless their little souls..
I have 2 binbags binned and another pile for DD1. I have one box of random gubbins I want to keep (until next time) but it is a tiny box. I have also got a box of papers and old diaries and stuff.. I'm so glad I document EVERYTHING! I have lists of the crap KH did the last 2 years he was here and the 6 years since.. I want to punch myself for my stupidity.
Poorly mog looking brighter today.. I'll sort getting him neutered tomorrow when vets reopen and then get on with finding him a proper loving home, I think he will be a lovely lone cat for someone. He just needs to be less aggressive which should happen with the neutering.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0
