With respect, you are wasting your time suggesting the OP contacts their local councillor.

That suggestion was first made on this thread on 1st June last year, i.e over eight months ago, and the OP has not yet managed to find the time to do that.

    Get you, Mr Snarky.

To help you, here is a list of all Swindon Borough councillors.

Just find one for your ward and email them.

I know your time is limited, so don't waste any more time emailing the officials, email your elected representative now.

    Brilliant.

Have had further contact with someone else at the council called Rachel - "Service Manager - Environmental Cleansing & EnviroCrime" and some action has been taken today...

I've finally emailed my local MP. Yeah yeah, I know, should've done it sooner... :D

You have my sympathy as fly tipping is a big problem.
Please forgive me, but I must be blunt!
Are you sure you really want to solve this problem.
You have repeatedly said you have no money or time. You have also been given some excellent advise but your problems with money and time have stopped you doing anything.
Have you so little time that you can not pick up one beer can and put it in your regular rubbish collection.
Yes there are some large items, but frankly I would have moved the small stuff slowly over a period of time.
You seem to think this is everyones problem but your own.
You have to do something otherwise you might find yourself (perhaps unfairly) with a bill. Then you will have less money.
There will be no Brexit dividend for Britain.

    And your local councillor?

It should be easy to email your councillor now... just send pretty much the same email as the one you sent your MP.

Do it now, tonight, before you forget.

What did the council do , just shove it nearer your boundary?
Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.

You can see in the photos above, they just took a few bits and pieces but left the bulk of it, including stuff that's still crossing the "boundary".
