Flytipping woes

Developments tonight...

I was clearing some more overgrowth in the back garden and heard a couple of people came along and sit themselves down by the fence on next doors patch of concrete. They were there about half an hour, cracking open cans, having a nice natter. I had a gut feeling and started filming from behind the fence as it sounded like they were about to leave and, blow me down...

I got some footage of their backs as they walked away (I didn't particularly want them to see me filiming them) and then I ran round to see the other side of the fence to find...

One (or both them) had "relieved" themselves on the fence... :mad:

And they thoughtfully left some food behind for the rats that I've heard are currently proving to be a huge problem to a couple of neighbours further up the street...

Disgusting animals. I called the Police and reported it. I've seen people (I assume the same people) there before. Next time, I might pretend to play Pokemon Go and accidentally get some footage of their faces and then follow them home from a distance and give their address to the Police....
