    Almost finished my final assignment 😀 kept up with basics but whole house wants a good clean next week when kids are off...they can help lol

    Morning all,

    my list of stuff to do today:

    [STRIKE]Change bedding
    [/STRIKE][strike]Laundry
    [/strike][STRIKE]Vacuum upstairs
    [/STRIKE]Dust/clean upstairs
    [STRIKE]Vacuum stairs
    [/STRIKE]Vacuum downstairs
    [STRIKE]Empty and clean vacuum cleaners
    Vacuum out the tumble dryer[/STRIKE]
    Dust/clean downstairs
    [STRIKE]Steam clean hard floors
    [/STRIKE]Steam clean bathroom
    [STRIKE]Collect rubbish (bin day tomorrow)
    Bleach wash the side of the house
    [/STRIKE]Give Lucy dog a haircut. Her paws and ears are unruly.
    Tea..... Chilli and rice

    I'll do as much as I can but I've got tomorrow free so what I cant finish i'll do then.

    just got in from work and having lunch and a cuppa before making a start so thought I would post my list!
    Ds2 woke me up early this morning so made the most of my time by wiping down the sides, shining the sink, loading and putting dw on and putting some washing in the wm, which is just finishing now! Feeling quite organised for a Wednesday!

    Wm x 2
    Ring dentist
    Vol work (hh)
    Fill in d of e form for friend
    Must - do - Monday: kitchen and dining room
    Sort a hotspot
    Where is the mop brigade? Clean that floor!
    Does your cooker hood need attention?

    Try - harder - Tuesday: living room
    Dust from top to bottom
    Sweep or vacuum
    Clear the mantle
    wipe the table
    Any other surfaces to clear?

    Work - it - Wednesday: room of doom – your choice
    Let some fresh air in, pop the radio on
    Spend 20mins clearing, floor, table, bed, your choice, just do it
    Dust and deweb
    Vacuum where you can
    Extras:
    HHI

    Not too bad....

    Was planning to put washing on the line as beautiful blue skies when I got home from work but it is now chucking it down! grrrrr!

    I have just received my first Christmas booking promotional blurb. *sigh*

    New passport arrived this morning and I think the pages are very pretty. I was really impressed with how straightforward the whole process was, so thank you HMGovt for getting that right.

    Dog insured, which is a first for me.

    This getting organised thing is a follow on from the Flylady thread, so thanks to all who contribute to this thread.

    Chalet flying this week, just off there now to wash the rest of the carpets and touch up the paintwork.
    Better is good enough.

    Found a list but before I can start I need to locate some paperwork OH NEEDS tonight and shout at HRH to get ready for ballet class.

    Must - do - Monday: kitchen and dining room
    Level 1
    Clear some counter space / table top and wipe down
    Sort a hotspot
    Level 2
    Clean the microwave!
    Give your sink a polish
    Where is the mop brigade? Clean that floor!
    Level 3
    Does your cooker hood need attention?
    Wash a window
    Wipe tiles / splashbacks
    Extras:
    Do you need to test your smoke alarms?
    Does your bin need a wash?
    Is your post up to date?
    Find 5 things to fling from the kitchen junk drawer

    Try - harder - Tuesday: living room
    Level 1
    Dust from top to bottom
    Sweep or vacuum
    Level 2
    Clear the mantle
    Ditto the coffee table
    Any other surfaces to clear?
    Level 3
    Wash a window or two, or polish a mirror
    Wipe any grotty finger marks away
    Give the fireplace a good clean
    Extras:
    Does the fire need servicing?
    That box in the corner - what's in it? Have a sort
    Rearrange any pictures / photos - it's nice to have a change
    Another bank holiday coming up - any plans you need to make?


    Work - it - Wednesday: room of doom – your choice
    Level 1
    Let some fresh air in, pop the radio on

    Wipe any icky marks – doors, handles, windows?
    Dust and deweb
    Vacuum where you can
    Level 3
    Wash any soft furnishings, cushions, throws, bedding?
    Sort and fling anything unwanted from your Level 1 clearance
    Sit and admire your work!

    HHI
    Is it payday soon? Any bills to organise?
    Will your mop-head go in the washer? Any cloths to wash?
    Shopping list – what non-foody items are you short on?
