Just catching up, as I've had another s0dding migraine today.:(

CY Wolfy healing vibes for you mate; sorry I'm late with this, but I literally only just saw your post.

Mr LW has decluttered £££ to the car dealership; he's paid the deposit for his new motor. My job is to ensure the balance is all sitting in his current account on the day the new car is ready for him.
The loan car he currently has is to go back on Tuesday, but the H0nda dealership are finding him a loan car to have from Tuesday til he gets the new one. Gods, but I shall be glad when it's all done and dusted!

Well, its been a productive day.

Our bedroom thoroughly tidied, dusted and hoovered. I can actually sit on my bedroom chair!

Bathroom, kitchen and ds loo floors scrubbed. 4 loads of washing done, living room dusted and hoovered.

Clothes are now kondo'd, even the basket of hats and gloves in the hall. Books next.

OH and DS have taken 2 more loads of stuff from the shed and greenhouse to the tip. I am so proud of OH for doing this, he doesnt find it easy to part with things. Just need to carry this on in the house.

Day off tomorrow, taking DS2 to cricket then out to lunch. Looking forward to spending time with him.

    Get well vibes CY x

Drove up the M1 this morning to Large shopping place the south bound was a car park. Looked at lots of lovely clothes but only bought rubber gloves as I didn't need/love them enough. I have vouchers to spend. Ds2's feet hurt and he had a screaming meltdown in the toilets so we didn't stay long.

I have 13 series of beast quest books and all the series of sea quest ones too. + all the special editions. I don't know how to list them. I really want them gone quickly but also need not to give them away. I may try the local fb sales site. Although I don't suppose I will get a lot for them. There are over 100 books so to big to post I think.

    Under bed sorted and dusted

    Bathroom cleaned

And without seeming indelicate, has anyone worked out how to kondo thongs? Macrame anyone? I've put them all in one of those net bags that I use to separate stuff on holiday, think they are intended for washing delicates. I have no intention of googling 'folding thongs' for fear of what I might get........:rotfl:

I did mine like pants folding but they were teeny weeny. Only have three pairs that small so they slid down the side of the box!

Charlieyates- congrats on the new job!:j
Ffp- brilliant fundraising effort! Well done you!

So www did go to the seaside but OH wanted to do the park run first so left at about half 11!
Was slightly cross that we weren't out the door earlier but it did mean I managed to kondo all my tops, jeans and nightwear! They look beautiful!! I showed hubby when he got back and he was impressed with the empty drawer! I had a three drawer chest and a two drawer bedside table and now I have a spare drawer n my chest of drawers!:j he was so impressed he asked me to do his! I jumped at the chance although I did point out it wasn't just supposed to be me organising he was supposed to get rid of some! So he got rid of two shirts which isn't too bad considering we had a cull a few months ago! One drawer s now half a drawer! He is being converted!

I did throw my London marathon t shirts away which was a big deal! I am proud of the marathons I did but don't like the t shirts and have never worn them. They just sit in the drawer so they gave gone! Just got running kit to do now and my warderobe. I have done my jumpers but some other things to do!

Anyway seaside trip was great. Had a lovelY time. The weather was lovely. Picnic on the beach. Kiddies built sandcastles and had ice creams. We played crazy golf and went in the arcades. Got back at 8pm so kiddies had a quick tea and then bed and we ate after!

Got a race in the morning. A fast (for me!) 10k but hope to get on with the bedroom tomorrow afternoon!

    Night all x x x

Well, I've been up for 3 hours already, building walls with M€g@ Bl0ks and taking photos of them. Finally got the picture I want! Don't ask, unless you really want to know why I'm turning into a nerd :rotfl:

One job crossed off today's list, and about 40 more to go. At this rate I shall need to work out how to slow time. Who was it who asked if the days are longer where I live? I wish... but I don't think I could keep awake for any longer - I already find myself dozing off after lunch most days ;)

Yesterday, after lunch ( whoopsies soup) I nipped to b&m as we needed straw and I wanted some compost. Came back then felt unwell with the result that I lay on the sofa all evening. No tea for me. Feel better now thank goodness so I plan to resume which means the kitchen and bathroom. Mind you as job one involves hair dye this is probably a good thing!
beds stripped yesterday, upstairs vacuum cleaner blockage cleared so I got the stairs vacuumed and the bedrooms were vacuumed to, so bby no means a wasted day!

    Morning all

The sun has resurfaced after a very gloomy day yesterday, I have cricket teas to do though so won't be able to make full use of it. I must plant out the tomato plants before I go though.

Going to put some washing on and give the kitchen a quick 15 minutes recovery before seeing how much I can get done before heading out.

Enjoy whatever you do today and I hope the sun shines.

    Good morning.

Pleased to say mother and baby now home. I need to sort out what I've bought him and take it round.

Got quite a bit flying done on Friday as I knew I was having a busy weekend. I was stewarding at a music festival yesterday. Today I'm out to the theatre later and staying at a friends.

    CY Hugs and healing vibes.
Natty Hope you feel better soon.

Morning all. Great to hear of wall building, wall painting, running, new babies, fundraising etc etc, and for those feeling poorly or an ex KH, hope things are looking up soon.

It's raining here today so I will be back later to get inspiration for indoor flying.

But first, best wash the breakfast dishes, get in the gym and get clean.

    Have a great day everyone.
