    Come to mention it, people get killed by non speeding trucks as well! Yikes, it's a damned dangerous world out there

    ^ Mobility scooters should be banned also.

    If someone gets killed by a track that was doing the correct speed then that is just pot luck. Speeding and out of control trucks cause more fatalities.
