Ok - are there definitely two different PCN numbers for the same location?

Yes definitely two PCN's at exactly the same location with two different numbers although I thought he had only been over there once.
1st one date of event 31/3/15 date of notice 2/4/15
2nd one date of event 1/4/15 date of notice 5/5/15.

appeal both using the template , one for each pcn

for the first pcn, also add a point stating that POFA 2012 was not met due to the dates on the pcn , as in post #27

then see what comes back for each one

do not admit who was driving

edit from above , I was wrong New generation are actually registered as being ANPR enabled with the DVLA

I apologise for getting it wrong. http://www.britishparking.co.uk/approved-operators

so this puts us in a funny position , they are (at least it looks like) using both self ticketing (uni staff/security) and possably ANPR on different tickets.

I would at this point contact the DVLA to check that they are not re using your info from a previous , or later ticket and stopping the DVLA getting its £2.50

I have got my son to take photo's of the very bad signing in the car park today. Where he actually parked there is no signs at all. There is as you enter the site. I was going to go and look myself tomorrow so I could describe it better. Is it worth me attaching any photos or not bother with that at all.

keep that for any subsequent appeals, just do as detailed above but bear in mind one of the tickets may be using anpr and the other a windscreen ticket

appeal anyway, using the template, see what comes back (twice)
