PPI Reclaiming successes and failures

So, 3 emails this week to Egg's CEO....no response at all! The forth is about to go out today. Any suggestions on the wording I could use?? My previous emails were to the effect of 'here's my email in case it has been over looked in error' blah blah....

not good that they are ignoring you :mad:

what is the ceo's email address?:D is it correct?

i found when ive emailed egg at the cro email address that 3-4 days later i get a letter from them answering my concern.

I'm using this email bert.pijls@citi.com Does anyone know if it is the correct one?

Its rubbish customer service isn't it? Even if he sent a 'thank you we are dealing with your complaint' type thing that would be some thing at least.

Do you have the cr email address to hand at all? Maybe I shall email them too?

So, Ian O'doherty has just emailed me back in regard to the total refund for my hubby's credit card.
They sent me a couple of letters saying need more time to investigate and should have a reply by 19th July but couldn't wait so emailed him yesterday, he said the complaint would be upheld then i emailed him back yesterday to see how much the refund was for, he has just sent me another email to say
Total refund £702.13
PPI Premiums £524.39
Associated Interest £177.44

The total refund will come off the balance of the card. bringing it down to £1975. Happy Day's! :beer:

Im not sure if that is the correct one or not im affraid, i just use the cro one and get a letter reply so yes id try sending them to that one too

yes it is just rude, to be ignored :mad: as i said with that email address they have sent out a letter to answer it and takes 3-4 days but at least you get an answer.

can i ask where you are in your complaint stage with egg
