I have received exactly the same paperwork as Acapaldi who posted his images on here a few posts back, I've just checked now.
So I'm guessing that quite possibly next week I'll receive the same letter as I think it was Peter?
I've been reading the post by Gan on Pepidoo, the letter he has wrote seems a strong one. I should base my reply similar to his?0 -

Gan always gives solid advice. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

however you will have to be quick before they issue court papers0

So if I copy the letter that Gan has written0

more or less , but by the sounds of things they are going to be receiving a few
so without ruining the letter , alter/amend and adjust paragraphs etc so that it does not look like a internet template.
send it second class , but get a proof of postage (free) from the post office DO NOT SEND RECORDED0 -
No problem. Thanks for the advice.0

One more thing, nothing needs to be added in terms of address top right corner and signature wise a scribble will do? The reference quote will do all the work for me?0

PLEASE READ - BEFORE POSTING ANYTHING FURTHER ON THIS THREAD
I am not in the habit of shouting but we need to rationalise what is happening here
There appear to be at least 5 different posters who are participating here most of whom have received what passes for a Letter before Action and others have received a Particulars of Claim from MiL issued via MCOL. It seems that Fawkes may not have received his yet.
The posters I can identify are:
acapaldi
Fawkes
bigdoubleyou
bunjyb
peterrl (who has also posted on PPP)
Can I suggest that each of these posters starts their own thread linking back to this one so that each can receive their own individual advice. Much of it will be the same but when it gets down to the detail there are likely to be significant differences. Any further detail supplied here is going to become very confusing unless we split it now.My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
