They are unfortunately. I received the letter today.
I tried to attach it to my post but I am a new user and cannot post links...0 -
well it looks like the scumbag has done a deal and sold a lot of fictitious "alleged offence" tickets to a stupid debt collection company .
look at the info on here and the link I posted from Pepipoo , and type out (do not copy/pate) a suitable defence letter stating the legalities of there claim , and sit back .0 -
MIL have now issued court papers on a posting on pepipoo , photo now gone but I got a copy , and edited it

Is that a formal stamp on the form?0
-
good question , there is a password and a claim number , it looks the same as all the others on google (images) eg http://www.johnnydebt.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2010/10/CCJ.jpg
do you think there should be a stamp?0 -
Looks like I better prepare a letter myself then lol0
-
you need to acknowledge the claim , that will give you extra time ,
you will have time to prepare a case , all the info , inc the fact that the guy that sold the claim on , was not the same company as the one issuing it .
as I posted above , it looks like they have bought a lot of those , did you receive the correct paperwork from MIL before this?0
