Cover up any personal info in the pictures and then upload them to an image hosting site (e.g. Photobucket - other hosting sites are available). Then post broken links to the pictures in a reply here ... i.e. replace http with hxxp.0

Upload to an image sharing site such as tinypic. Post the URL here (as a new member you can't post working links so change "http" to "hxxp" and one of us will fix and re-post it).

It would seem that the DCA is MiL Collections Ltd of Quay Street, Truro. With a net worth of just £61K at their last accounts they are not the biggest boys in the playpen.
Interestingly their old OFT licence record shows an "open" application (i.e. one that has not been resolved) for a variation to their licence filed in March 2014. The variation they applied for was for the removal of the "debt collection" category and the addition of the "consumer credit" category. However, by the time they submitted their interim application to the FCA it included both categories and so they continue to have a debt collections licence.
It would be very unsual for a DCA to purchase a PCN "debt" and the only other cases I can recall that involve an assigned (partially assigned) PCN is with CEL and DEAL which is in any event its sister company. Buying a debt of this nature is relatively high-risk - from the DCA's point of view and for a small outfit like this to be buying high-risk debts seems unlikely.
At first sight there is no obvious connection between CPMS and Mil and CPMS have historically been seen off on a regular basis. Aside from the issue of whether the so-called debt was actually purchased I'd seriously doubt that any letter from CPMS would fulfil the requirements of a Notice of Assignment. All in all I'd suggest that this is just another variation on the general theme of the lack of reliability one can place in any company that operates in the PPC Skimdustry or any DCA. Until proven to the contrary, that is.My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).

Has DEAL ever actually proved such an assignment? It's all a pack of lies as far as I'm aware.Je suis Charlie.0 -
CPMS state "we have assigned (sold) our Interest in this debt".

I won't claim the copyright in this. It was first used, to my knowledge, by ColliesCarer. I haven't heard anything so befittingenfield_freddy wrote: »PPC Skimdustry :rotfl::rotfl:
I don't think so and my suspicions are exactly the same as yours.Has DEAL ever actually proved such an assignment? It's all a pack of lies as far as I'm aware.
If Mil have purchased the debt and if they knew what they were legally doing their first letter to the OP would conform to current Practice Directions. Giving seven days notice in what is probably intended to be a LBA don't cut it!My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
