I try to be organic, can I call you Martin:), but in times of despair I have chucked slug pellets around the cabbages:o

I stopped growing broccoli for that reason......just couldn't get the bugs out of it and decided it was more bother than it was worth:o

Get them drunk TM, beer traps do the trick.

And a good old slug hunt although must admit I leave Mr TS to that late at night with a torch. :o Think FC hunts em down too. ;)

If anyone is looking for airport parking, Holiday Extras offer a money back guarantee if you can find the same thing cheaper elsewhere (must be exactly the same). Asda are currently cheaper by a couple of ££ for quite a few alternatives...

    Just a thought.

Wondering if the double barcode will be the identifying factor for the new APG ie giving staff an easy way to spot APGs printed on old system and declining them in a few weeks.

So i just got the exciting news that my flat should be finished in the next few weeks - after living back at home for 2 years to save pennies i am most excited! However....i have brought wallpaper for everywhere - my bedroom, lil mans bedroom and front room - and just been told cannot wallpaper for first 2 years (have to wait for settlement cracks!), am absolutely gutted - i really dont want to live with Magnolia walls! builder has told me i can paint - has anyone seen any bargains anywhere for paint? i know this probably isnt the right place to ask, but having been reading this thread for weeks now and trying to learn tips off you all (im slowly getting there!) i thought i'd ask anyway...thanks xx

Sorry no idea about paint although b&q sometimes have a clearance shelf.
If you can't wallpaper have you thought about those sticker type features you can buy to put on a feature wall, there are some lovely ones around. DD saw a tree branch she liked in ikea that had birds and flowers on.
    It was something like this...

Or you could paint your own with a few random paint sample pots or even more msm raid family's/friends sheds there's always a few 1/4 tins lying around.

I use JustPark as I find airport parking quite expensive - especially as I tend to buy last minute holidays.

You rent someone's driveway and it costs £5ish/day (although can be more). Some people have CCTV, secure gates etc. and some owners even drop off/pick you up from the airport for a small fee.

    They're even on TCB/Quidco.

Going to my nearest A today to return the nearly 3 months OOD Snickers  now they don't have the Sannex bath repair in that store but they do have the massager. Does anyone know if another type of Sannex works? :o
    TIA
