They do sometimes have some good deals. However, if things go wrong their Customer Service is woefully inadequate (just look at their FB for an idea of the issues customers have). I know you only generally get to hear about bad experiences, but you would think they would seek to quickly resolve the issues on FB and other forums but also get their CS sorted - it is not a new issue.

They do sometimes have some good deals. However, if things go wrong their Customer Service is woefully inadequate (just look at their FB for an idea of the issues customers have). I know you only generally get to hear about bad experiences, but you would think they would seek to quickly resolve the issues on FB and other forums but also get their CS sorted - it is not a new issue.

I know, I googled them , three years of issues. I know we take rough with smooth but they have angered me the way they have dealt with it all.
I had planned a very MSE night away and the vouchers were to pay the food and wine. We still did it but as an MSE it stuck in my throat. Silly I know xx0 -

Lots of people were sent the same card number
I used mine on T Direct with some boost vouchers and was pleasantly surprised that they both worked.
