i applied for this by email @ 10am this morning and just received a text message from them at @3pm with the access no's etc & saying i'll be active in 24 hrs.

Sorry but i am getting a little confussed, can someone please answer me the following:

I need to call the UK from tenerife can I use https://www.simply-fone.com for this or does this only work when making international calls from the uk?

Do I need to use Alpha?

Never realised it was such a mindfield, I recently moved from Orange contract to PAYG, seem to be having nothing but probs

1, It now costs to speak to customer services
2, Call charges are different from there online site to the Booklet they sent with the PAYG sim
3, I have joined 1899 but how can they realistically expect me to type in the number of mobiles etc after the 1899 code (020)? So effectively only usefull for the few landlines that I know off by heart!
4, Do orange charge for 020 calls?
5, Not to mention I dont actually know what bundle I'm on, thought it was free text top up, but when I phone my topup status no mention of texts and I recieved a text saying your bonus calls are £4 this month? LOL I really have no idea
6, Tempted to go back to contract as this is to confusing.
7, Whats the cheapest contract that Orange currently do?
