MacBook Pro thats all you need0 -
Been a Mac girl since age 3 (I'm almost 30  ).
I actually hate my employer for forcing me to use cheap Dell rubbish PCs.
My OH has about 5 PCs/laptops, but I only need 1 Mac.
Like others have said, they just work :j:A MSE's turbo-charged CurlyWurlyGirly:AThinks Naughty Things Too Much Clique Member No 3, 4 & 5

I own a mac mini and think its great however, i am going to buy a new pc for my gaming needs and to use 3ds max more effectively. i could buy a mac pro but its fairly expensive.
When i bought my mac mini last year i got a 3 year education warranty for free.
New imacs were released a few days ago, not too sure about the new look though.

No, the new iMac is made of aliminimum and glass thus only available in the silver/black colour. I really like it.
I normally only look at buying laptops due to the amout of wires on a desktop system and individual bits however having seen that im actually tempted to get that over a laptop.
I think I'll take the plunge and get a Mac, but im gonna wait till Leopard is out, I might check out the closest Apple store near me to get a hands on the iMac, which is alot closer than the one in florida.0 -
I own a mac mini and would never go back to windows. Macs just work
You're not blogged down by anti-virus running and lots pop ups, etc. i used a friends comp the other week, and it took ages to start up, do all the check, etc, where mac is so quick. Go and get one, you will not regret it

Did you know that Apple actually where first to use a windows style operating system for Graphical User Interface, then along came Microsoft and nicked it.
Microsoft Office is actually far superior on a Mac than a PC, now thats cool:D
Wise choice Millionaire, I promise you will never ever want to use a PC over a Mac once you have used one.0 -

Kind of glossing over the fact that Apple themselves nicked it from Xerox. They put things together very well but there isn't much that originated with Apple. If an idea is good why not use it, you can't really use that in a negative way to Microsoft without also saying the same thing about Apple."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"
