Not feeling very motivated this week. Feeling very hungry and so not been doing too well. Anyone any extra tips? 10lb lost and now it seems to be creeping back on.working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -

Have you tried upping your fluids? I'm just off out to buy a carton of summat as I am sooo tired today! (office is also somewhat stuffy as absolutely no ventilation). Also try distracting yourself...if you can keep up the distractions then you'll soon forget about munching...failing that get some celery sticks...I quite like celery but after about 1 stick the thought of another puts me right off eating anything!0 -
darn it...the person on the next desk has just cracked open a cinammon whirl type cake...it smells soooooooooooooooooooo delish....

Just keep picturing yourself in your mind the way you want to be at your ideal weight, think how confident you will be! Keep going towards your goal -it is worth it and you are worth it. If you can't picture yourself at your ideal weight think of yourself a little bit slimmer and a bit more after that! The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

Thanks for all the genuine/caring replies. I don't drink Lucozade regularly (sorry if it came across like that), but when i get a headache painkillers ain't curing it, I've found Lucozade does. I rekon I'm probably not eating enough to be honest.
I'm starting Uni soon, so I'll see if that burns the weight off0 -

I will try that... bored in the office here myself and it is stuffy. We have a portable air con unit but others are "cold" and switch it off
I already gave in and had a pack of crisps - the cinnamon whirl would just make me cave in today - well done for being strong
