Morning!
Our quite high profile ex-MP demanded a recount but remains an ex-MP nonetheless. Quite a few bruised egos I should think, today.
DS is away to school and DD is making a mess. I've just had brekkie and we need a tidy time before we head off to ballet. No cafe and shopping this aft, we are heading straight back to this pit to SORT IT!!!Bossymoo

Just having a butty then popping next door. Nice NDN wants to show you s her new kitchen and I'll tell them my front garden plans.
DD had good time at ballet. But she's really tired. And we are forecast heavy rain later but fingers crossed it will hold off till we get home from school.
Really want to have a good look at my calendar for the next month or two - Inlaws will be away next month so need to plan better. Happily DD has finally been given a space in the next swim group so both kids lessons are in the same place, same time, same night!!! How did that happen??? LolBossymoo

Boo! Started raining here, just before the school run!
All bathrooms shiny!! My ds2 wanted to watch me! It was quite unnerving, had to explain about rubber gloves as had visions of finding him with his hand down the toilet later on!

GGGRRRRR!!! Had a lovely HH-canine-nose-cleaning session earlier. Some *expletive deleted* has put a load of dark blue arrows in non-drying paint/dye of some sort along the dog-walking route, and of course, the boys had to snuffle in it, as dogs do, and got blue noses.
Thankfully it came off with careful gentle washing with plain water, but honestly.....
I emailed the Parish Council, and they know nothing about it, but are going to try and find out who put that mess down.
The boys are going home tomorrow, and I suspect their owners would be less than pleased if they went home with blue noses. I know Harvey's described as "blue roan" but that's ridiculous!:cool:If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -

I used coconut milk and gluten free flour, worked fine.
Rather exhausted now after the election so will just be pottering until bed time. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
