So pleased to hear she is doing well and the issue of the bill is resolved.
How soon will she be able to return home,do you know?0 -

            Thanks xxxx

It took Ewa just over 3 hours (!!!) to get from Feltham to East London today for the vet visit - traffic was a total murder.... Zara of course slept most of the way.
Check up was fine, stitches were taken out and Zara said bybye to the lampshade that she had to wear whenever she was alone in her crate.
She still has to be in the crate for another 6 week (!!!) so will be staying with Ewa till then.
Xray check up on the 2nd July....
Fingers crossed all will be good xx0 -
Good to hear she is progressing.
It is amazing how quickly they get over things which would take us humans much longer.0 -
17 days post op - Zara is allowed 3 walks of 10 min each time so Ewa takes her with the gang to the park/open fields that are 5 min away and she can lie down there and feel included....
Ewa has a giant schnauzer named Tosia on boarding now (for 3 weeks this time, repeat client) and her own 3 dogs, Cortez (long haired GS), Nora (short haired GS) and Prada (the little black and white mix dog with an attitude of a doberman LOL) and of course Zara..
All dogs get on fine as you can see

The leg operated on looks fine - it is the other one that I am not so sure about now....
Fingers crossed all is/will be well.
Zara still at Ewa's place, at least till 2nd July Xray check ups0 -
Zara seems to be getting the best of care! Ewa is a very special person.
gettingready - like humans, when a limb isn't exercised as usual it can deteriorate a bit - when her operated leg is healed and she can exercise normally I bet the other leg will be ok too.0
