Evening all!
Pigpen- sounds like you have been on a mission. Now, just for the girls to keep it tidy!! If they are anything like my boys that will be a day then!
Got in from work and took ds1 to opticians. All good. another appointment not needed for another year.
When we got back we got all of his lego down. Put all the complete sets in their boxes and tried to sort out the mass of 'bits' into their sets. Probably half way through and wstrangeoy we had a really nice time! Lots of laughter.
Ds1: "mummy! Have you seen...."
Mummy: "....the muffin man! The muffin man! The muffin man! Have you seen the muffin man who lives down drewery lane!!" (Singing very loudly!!!)
I found it hilarious but after the twentieth time, ds1 didn't seem to find it so funny!:rotfl: bonkers sometimes in this house!
Anyway, hubby's plan was to shove it all in a box and sort it all out when we get there! He must have about 25-30 different sets so it feels good to get it all organised and then I can pack it.
After that we all went to our local country park. Hubby ran pushing ds2 in his running buggy, I ran and ds1 biked. We did 5 miles. I was so proud of ds1 biking all that way. He's only six!!
By the time we got back, had dinner and showers, it was 9 o'clock. So dw filled and kitchen tidied a little before coming to bed.
I will look at the list again tomorrow as I got zilch done today!!Grocery challenge-
