It's in October so the weather is a factor as well
A couple of my colleagues have been over as we have an office there and had a lovely time (a'hem working hard of course) food is supposed to be very good and quite reasonable too. I looked as a destination last year but we ended up going to Sardinia.
We went to Tunisia about 14yrs ago and had a fabulous time, I've heard mixed reviews more recently about it though - esp out of season - doesn't even sound like the same place but one particularly not good review from a friend a couple of years ago was the same area we stayed.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Had a spendy day. Bought a book in a CS for £1.25
I have just finished number 3 in the series of 6 and have been hunting for number 4. Happy that i found it. Annoying that it wasn't on a day where I had other spending commitments.2025 Fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons

Super! :j:j0 -
Once again an attack from the spendy demons - I blame those pesky cats for nearly running out of cat food again! And having OH with me in the supermarket- fatal! Hence I am in bed with churning innards because OH fancied a readymade takeaway for dinner tonight. As much as I like the odd curry, readymade stuff is nowhere up to the standard of home made.
Igor and Swedish Chef's version excluded. Tandoori Rat was never one of my favourites.
Talking of which.....Hubert, why are Igor and Swedish Chef not talking to each other?
Oh, I see.....Igor is still sulking about not winning Eurovision, whereas Cheffie has discovered the winning song came from Sweden so has gone all patriotic, swigging aquavit and singing Mij Hrdy Grdy Loovely Hooose....One life - your life - live it!0 -
Let's face it.It could've been worse...vindaloo rat anyone?
Poor Igor.Cheffie is not exactly subtle,is he?
Maybe I should slip him a couple of my leftover valium tablets in his Ovaltine.0
