Took the worse hoover in the world back yesterday and although just out of the 16 day guarantee - I got a full refund :-) shame it was on hubbys account or I could have done a great PAD today! back to the two wheeled ancient Henry!

Here here ! I second every word of that! I only joined a couple of weeks ago and believe I am just a little bit addicted.
