thursday was such a bad day - music lesson kept me sane- 1 hour's respite from the bad headHere here ! I second every word of that! I only joined a couple of weeks ago and believe I am just a little bit addicted.
Yesterday I stuck exactly to my shopping list, some of the items I had to buy anyway so to be on offer is a bonus.

The fact you had a shopping list is a great one pickle - and yeah - we all know this thread is addictive - sort of like cheese, chocolate and fast food (only it's better for you than fast food)
and it doesn't even contain 1 gram of sugar
