2017:
April: Center Parcs
July: Madeira
October: South Africa - some fine money saving achieved with Avios points for flights!0 -
Got a week in Dubai in March. Not my usual type of trip but very much looking forward to just relaxing and having a fun time there.
Nothing else booked yet, but thinking of a Route 66 road trip in summer and Jordan in Autumn/early winter. Plus some weekend trips to Europe - maybe Barcelona, Lake Bled (Slovenia), Prague and Budapest. All new places apart from Barcelona.Save £12k in 2019 #360 -

Love the variety of trips here. Haven't been to Slovenia yet. Another one for the list.0 -

Sounds great. Did you book with a partner airline for your SA flights? The taxes that BA charge are silly, which is why I always look for partner airlines with lower taxes/ charges.0 -
6 weeks until we go to Malaysia; 3 nights in KL then a week in Penang, can't wait!
Nothing else booked for 2017 yet, we have our 30th wedding anniversary later in the year so I'm looking at various places. We had initially thought we'd have 10 days or so somewhere in the Caribbean but DD2 is due to give birth to her first baby in June so the plan is to spend a week with her when her DH goes back to work which means we've altered our plans for our anniversary holiday to a week in Europe, we just need to find somewhere & book it.
Sounds like a busy year. Malaysia trip sounds fab.0 -
Just booked two weeks in Gulluk Turkey for my eighth visit for June. Have accommodation for free so just £163, may also go back in September for another two weeks. I feel a lot happier now I have something to look forward to, always depressing when you look on your easyJet app and there are no flights showing.0

Finally after weeks of looking, we've booked a week in Malta. We've been 3 times before which means we know about places to eat & drink, the touristy things to do & as it's our 30th wedding anniversary whilst we're there, we already know a great place to have our special dinner :-)0

I'm off to stay with friends in Auckland NZ for 3 weeks in April. Went with hubby last March and explored North Island (Bay of Islands, Tauranga, Rotorua and Matamata for Hobbiton)but taking youngest daughter this time (2nd year uni photography student) and hope to fit in some of South Island as well. In September we're going to Texas for 11 days staying in Arlington. It'll be my first time to US so excited about that too. Since the kids left home we've started going further afield....it was usually a week in Lanzarote early season and a week in either Devon or Cornwall in summer0

First overseas trip of 2017 booked... a long weekend in Budapest. It has been on my To Do List for several years.0
