Morning all. I'm in - or at least I will be this evening, when I get home from work. I plan to:
Monday - Kitchen
Clear and wipe the worksurfaces
Shine your sink
Wipe the hob and front of the oven
Clean some shoes
Plus do a batch of washing up. I always put it off as the sink is at the wrong height for me and always gives me backache after a few minutes - unfortunately that tends to mean that I end up with a sink full of dirty plates and no clean ones to eat off!
froddington - definitely agree with Narc0lepsy - pics of your new cuties, please!Back after a very long break!0 -
Been to work, should have been there next week! Had a cuppa down there. now I get the whole day off!
Flying will commence. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Just popping on to say I have done a 9km walk!!!
Iona and Mrs M-P you are so right about the seedlings - I looked out of the back door last night and spotted two that are at least 20cm high!! I have two gardens to clear of weeds because next door has been empty for years and their weeds com into ours - fume fume!
Just had to share that we have some lovely birds in the garden this year and I have not yet identified them - small with a yellowish breast and they dangle from the very ends of the birch tree's slimmest branches getting the insects. The other day I saw one with one wing fanned out so that it could balance itself properly. Beautiful! Now you all know why I don't get much flying done!!! LOL! Need to find binoculars from the car so I can look more carefully.
Lovely day here - so hope you all have a good one. xJuly 16 £95/£200

I would guess either great tits or blue tits - both will be nesting at this time of year so they're probably catching food for their babies.
Very well done on your long walk. :TBack after a very long break!0 -
We sometimes get goldfinches on the teasleheads backend time, they are lovely to watch.
Sorted the recycling, done the washing up, texted step mum, phoned my mum and a quick phone call to DDs partner - he's doing the cleaning while DD and DGS sleep as he's got to go back to work tomorrow so he wants to try and get in front of jobs for her.
Postie has been so post sorted.
Going to grab a cuppa then do a HHC in the kitchen before work.SPC~12 ot 124

Hi guys!
Bit slow today. Have tidied and put dishwasher on. Made the bed and tidied my bedroom and thats it. Little lady (2) has been very demanding and wanting lots of attention. She spent 45 minutes "washing" me with water and soap LOL. Any way shes just had a nap on the sofa and is now "waking up" with cbeebies for a bit so i'm going to dip back into the kitchen and do some more hw and hot spots etc0 -
peeping my head in carefully, I have been MIA from flylady thread since 2012.:o
