    Afternoon all :)

    Today is the day I start my diet:eek: it's hard and it's only been a few hours:cool: I think I find it hard because I like to eat whatever I want...mostly chocolate, I don't need to lose weight really but have agreed to go on holiday this year with some friends and I don't feel comfortable in front of people I know:cool: if it was just us I would go as I am because no one knows me, ah well it's a minor problem that I will either manage or be sat on the beach fully dressed;):rotfl:

    I started on medicine about 4yrs ago and instantly started craving chocolate. Have put on about 3 stone and just don't feel comfy when I go on hols :(:(
