Heads up to check this tomorrow!
If multi is missing (or perhaps you shop before 6am tomorrow and check old? apg before 9am!) ...maybe that should be before 5am and check before 9am on new
might be a good idea to check waities website before trying to match against them (or sains if buying in 6s)
79p back on each one so net cost 21p per 2L ignoring cost of fillers - would go nice with waities muller offer
obviously with the apg changes at the moment this is a 'buy at own risk' and drink responsibly
top part of pic is new multi going live tomorrow
http://groceries.asda.com/asda-webstore/landing/home.shtml#promotion/ls85223
bottom half is taken from msm which should be a good indication that it will compare to £1 at Waities and 2 for £2 at Sains
edit to add:
ofc buy in multiples of 3
edit to add 2:
multi showing on A com already
is this a new thing??#CHEEKY :cool:0 -
I'm not bothering with Morrisons today. I've decided that, for the sake of 24 hours, it's not worth bothering with. So, the unbroken record finally ends in May 2015. I've therefore lost track of M prices today. I've lost track anyway, as I notice there have been lots of glitches whilst I've been away - some on the old, some on the new. I've no idea what is versus where and on which site - this extra dimension, of holding four sets of data and then holding each one twice as diff. prices on new site, has floored me. In fact I probably could get my head around it extremely well, as I normally excel in areas of exceptions to exceptions and complex sets of data, but "for the sake of a few quid", I can't bothered with it, it just seems more than it's worth!
Anyway, I am now starting to find the general election very exciting:D:D:D (or rather the prospect of the coverage by the broadcasters), Huw Edwards in the election studio:D last night - thank goodness he eventually relieved Reeta Chakrabarti who had been left alone, poor soul, presenting both evening bulletins every day since Friday:rotfl:. But James Langdale yesterday (yes, I'm out of touch by a day with the television as well:rotfl:), surely a mistake? He suggested we'd "all wake up on Friday morning" to see what the numbers were. Wake up on Friday morning? :eek:Surely no-one at all would be waking up on Friday morning, as, everyone, surely, will be watching the election coverage throughout the night! How could he contradict the whole thing by suggesting no-one was going to watch their own election coverage?:eek:
As for that coverage, the BBC has about 2,000 staff working on election night. I hope they have at least one person plus another as a camera operator at every one of the 650 counts!:D £15million being spent across the BBC, Sky, Channel 4 and CNN - no expense spared - although I gather the BBC are reusing their 2010 set to save money.
:(I notice today msm has changed slightly - never any advance notice of these things, they just go ahead and do it - to be fair not too different a look from the previous one... except it now seems to have only 10 items per page and to be taking ages to load up each one:mad::mad::(. I have yet to notice any change to a system (this comment isn't confined to msm) that has actually made it better - seems every change or tweak that's ever been done has been to make it slightly worse. Couldn't save items in lists properly, then restricted the amount in each list, then the ordering of the prices (before, you could see which one immediately was cheaper), now just displaying 10 items and taking ages to see each ten!0 -
Oh - I soon as I sign in one of the glitchy Radoxes becomes "Unavailable in A". Yet again, my own store pulling them off the shelves I feel:(:rotfl::rotfl:. I am - I'm positive that they do this!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0

re: morribobs
Very sensible, once the effort outweighs the benefit then time to take stock - true for a lot of things, price collecting included!
re: msm
They should have rolled the new site out per IP group / region #CHEEKY :cool:0 -

Looks like they are tinkering with the website design... making it super slow at the same time!
btw the new apg doesn't use msm afaik, I think we will be relying on multi's being missing from A com once new apg has finished being rolled out.
Just jumping in whilst catching up... I'm still on the old apg so haven't paid much attention plus we've been super busy here so I've not been reading much
So msm isn't being used on the new system? Is sada therefore going down the t route and producing there own?
Therefore eliminating the "independently price checked" route...
Good afternoon :wave:0 -
New apg saying not enough items for me. Is anyone still on old please to try for me ? Tia xxCherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

Following savvy's post about the election, who is planning to stay up all night? I don't know if I will last the entire night, but I'll stay up as long as I can, I think it's going to be a very interesting evening.0
