EVANGELINE - you are a sweetheart. I am going to do this one at lunch time. I will put the handwashes in the work kitty so everyone can use them. Much appreciated and thanks again.

I got Dove this morning on a CC order and the multi hasn't come off on my receipt. I bought the oxygen, dry oil and youth vitality flavours. APG isn't showing yet.


ETA one of them was subbed with Tresemme - would that be why it didn't work?

Re sada instore staff and apg's. I've had a few "experiences" with till staff ranging from "How did you get that voucher" (really) to "Don't you have anymore vouchers to use. come on put them all through". I've come to the conclusion that most staff don't understand much about the apg system at all so i bore them with an edited version along the lines of sada prices were more expensive than your competitors so sada gave me the difference back...as it says on the bottom of the receipt I took the APG challenge. Especially weekend staff, why would they know, they're not in often enough and things must change week on week when they're not there. I don't go all the time to sada, only get a few of the glitches for me and family and never big hits but I still get stopped a few times and I can only think of one time where it wasn't ignorance of the apg sytem on their part that did it and with her it was because we'd "met" at another store when she'd worked there and being a jobsworth one day (and not a very intelligent one) she had tried to stop me using a sada giftcard at a till when called over by the sa. She was so unbeleivably rude i wouldn't let it go. I called the manager down to the shop floor. He couldn't understand what she'd done or why. i then asked for the card to be changed to cash since why on earth would I go back again. He made her apologise. I have no idea what her problem is but she's now transferred to another store I frequent, she does watch and I just stare back but she doesn't come anywhere near me.....I swear to God some people just have too much time on their hands. Its not a store in a "good" area so whilst she's watching me God knows what else is happening in the store...
