I accepted all but two of the shampoos. Both were subs, but one was still a dove, so just rejected those as they weren't what I ordered
Everything else was "proper" shopping, so happy to accept that.

Correct, it's one of the things that can easily be missed when checking your CC/HD paperwork, especially when collecting glitchy stuff

I work out what I'm expecting to pay ahead of time and check that first.

Yes if they aren't all in 3 for £10 no discount , you had sub so makes them all full price.

Although MSM is where some of the errors/glitches have been visible for us, I wonder if they have really introduced any/many or have most been brought over from the original retailer (Cumberland Sausages and ICBINB being the recent examples of errors on S being brought into the APG)? If the multi is not on A when it comes through into MSM for the cut off/lock in, using the similar riules (data in by midday according to T&Cs) then in theory the same errors could be replicated, as we have already seen for those using the new APG system with Dove and Radox. MSM may still give us a clue what the comparisons/errors are, even though the APG may not be directly using (only) them?

That said, some people had a theory that it was using the price paid rather than what was appearing on the website for the A side - this seems to have been disproved by the last week of trials with 3 for £10 offers appearing on the receipt but the multi still missing on the APG. If it did use the receipt price paid as the basis, that would probably have the biggest single impact on our glitches (beyond us being physically banned from store/using APGs, based on SFSBs recent experience).

Where the new system has made a difference, so far, is perhaps some of the logic they are using for matching own brand items (hence ice cream and Shades no longer matching, as someone has decided they are not comparable items). It may take a while for some of these sort of issues to iron themselves out and for new comparable item assumptions to be adopted (hopefully in our favour :cool:) - we have seen it in the past with tins of bombay potatoes, herby/buttery potatoes etc that were once the mainstay of an APG shop disappearing, so this is still evolving.
