DD got a nice little one on Amazon for £5.00.I just found the link and it is £3.95. She is veggie and has used it a couple of times already and loves it.

Thanks so much for that rose, I knew the Elite would come to the rescue ..... again ..... as they always do :A I've ordered one. does anyone know how they work. I mean, do you just push and twist veg into them or something. Just hoping I can manage it with my arthritis as my hands and wrists are very weak. But I gotta try ;)

I know how you feel. :(

I started on medicine about 4yrs ago and instantly started craving chocolate. Have put on about 3 stone and just don't feel comfy when I go on hols :(:(

Good luck with the diet I hope you do well :T

Aw bless you, my problem is I'm a grab and go eater so usually I would have a few biscuits for breakfast(okay about 1/2 a pack)
Chocolate for a snack ,then the rest of the biscuits plus a bit more chocolate and then always a proper home cooked evening meal. So I know where I'm going wrong, today I had a banana for breakfast and egg salad for lunch . I'm not going to make a cup of tea as I know I will want biscuits;) whoops sorry for the ramble :D thanks for the good luck :)

Stick with it, its like any habit it will take a while to break but break it does and then you won't even think about the biscuits/choc anymore...a glass of water when you feel the urge often helps or a quick walk round the block...keep going, you can do it

A question is I may please?

I have just extended evouchers that were due to expire tomorrow. They now expire 1 June. Does this count towards my £100 for this month? Please and thank you.

Apologies for quoting my own post, but I didn't see a reply, so hoping some kind soul will know the answer.

Sorry, missed your original post - so far as I know it doesn't count towards your monthly limit as it is simply seen as a refund. That said, I had a fair few unspent vouchers disappear from my account (before the expiry date) and cannot really follow up given they were (mostly) generated through glitchy RTCs, so caution is always sensible.
